Welcome to the SIS-SME Community of Practice

Welcome to SIS-SME Community of Practice and to begin we shall explain what a Community of Practice is.

A Community of Practice (CoP) is defined as an organized group of people who engage in a process of collective learning in a shared domain,
and mutual benefit from exchanging and learning from other’s experiences.

The SIS-SME Community of Practice will engage participants in a collective learning process where everyone can learn each other’s knowledge and experience
and participate in collaborative work. The Community of Practice has an identity defined by a shared domain of interest and related topics: strategic innovation in businesses to support economic regeneration in a post-COVID Europe and to support VET professionals to address the challenges faced by VET providers in a post-COVID-19 service provision reality.

Some examples of what can be posted here include tools e.g. online resources, case studies i.e examples of successes or failures, opinions e.g. opinions on articles, personal and professional experiences, polls, discussions, etc. etc.
